“All Spaniards under 25 are on (social network) Tuenti“. So said Koro Castellano, CEO of this network, which is based in Madrid and has 8 million monthly users. I know Tuenti is very popular for people under 25 but it would quite amazing that all Spanish youngsters had a profile on it.

In fact, there is a recent study from Universidad Camilo José Cela that says that 4% of young people between 11 and 20 years don’t know social networks and 14% do not use them. Taking into account the fact that people under 14 are not allowed to use social networks, it could happen that all people over 18 and under 25 did really use at least one social network in Spain.
