We have made some changes to some of the factors of our Twitter and Linkedin rankings. As of Twitter we are now taking into account all retweets from the last 40 tweets which are not older than a week. On Linkedin we have added a new factor: skills. The formula we are using sums all votes and divides it by the number of skills to take into account. So you’d better have a few skills and lots of votes for each one of them 😉
