The brands analysed in the report are: Avon, Dove, Estee Lauder, Lancôme, L’Oreal, Neutrogena, Nivea, Olay, Pantene and Shiseido.

Twitter, for its part, is the social network where cosmetics brands more product-related or field-related content publish. Still, some brands don’t have a global profile on Twitter.

Regarding Youtube, it is worth mentioning that it is is the social network generating the highest engagement, but it has been detected that some brands have not uploaded any videos yet.
