I’ve read in Enpresa Digitala that the French Members of the Parliament are worried about blogs, because they allow citizens to interact directly with their politicians without going through the Parliament. That’s why they want to make the sendings of “petitions” to the MPS via the Internet possible. We have just come to the conclusion that social tools facilitate direct participation and force the old institutions to renew themselves.
